Run by Jenny White and Chris Hull, two sales professionals with over 30 years’ combined experience. Our aim is to make sales and customer care more genuine, one conversation at a time.

We pride ourselves on not being another telemarketing factory, staffed by either inexperienced travelers or an overseas office. We only hire Australian-based customer service professionals with a minimum of 5 years’ customer care experience, and we run extensive training to make sure they’re completely across your business and industry and understand the best ways to respond to each and every customer concern or request.
