How does the process work?

We understand each business has unique individual needs, so we like to start with a conversation so we can get to know you. 100% free 0% obligation. Depending on whether you’re looking for sales training or sales outsourcing services, we come up with a tailored plan that takes into account:

  • Your business: we look at your existing processes, how you like to sell and how your customers like to be sold to.
  • Your goals: what do you want to achieve? What are your ideal outcomes?
  • Your budget: are you looking to test the waters or jump right into a call campaign? We can work around your budget.
How long does it take to start seeing sales and revenue results?

Some sales outsourcing companies will guarantee instant results, promising to 10X your pipeline in 30 days! We don’t make these promises. But we do understand you’re keen to begin to see some results.

We put in place other KPIs that will tell us how well the campaign is going, such as  connections with decision makers, appointments booked, proposals sent. Then around the three month mark, you should start to see the revenue flowing on from this activity.

Can you combine sales strategy training with outbound campaigns?

Of course! This is the best way to increase sales and revenue fast and it’s your insurance policy to keep sales being generated for your business long into the future. We highly recommend it!

You don’t work at my company so how can you possibly understand my business and customers?

This is a common concern that many of our clients have before working with us. We spend a lot of time in the planning phase, getting to know your business inside out and back-to-front. From your products and services, to your sales processes, all the way down to how you say hello to your customers.

We also make sure our team completely understands your offering and has the technical know-how to sell your product or service with confidence. We will never “guess” or make up an answer and will always seek your advice on more complex questions or concerns.

Who will be working on my outbound call campaign?

This is not a telemarketing factory. We only hire Australian-based sales professionals with a minimum of 5 years’ sales experience. And we run extensive training to make sure they’re completely across your business and industry and have the technical know-how to sell your product with confidence.

We love when our clients get to know the people working on their campaigns and we’re happy to facilitate introductions.

Am I locked into a long-term commitment?

No, there is no lock-in contract. However, it’s important to understand that sales campaigns don’t work overnight (and be wary of people who tell you otherwise!). We recommend letting a campaign run for 3-6 months to let it reach its full potential, but the length is completely up to you.
